Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 9, 2026
Last Updated: October 9, 2026

Source Path Digital (“Source Path Digital,” “SPD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals whose information we process. This Privacy Policy explains how Source Path Digital collects, receives, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our website, our business relationships, our sales and marketing activities, and our advertising-data services.

Because Source Path Digital operates both an advertising-data business and its own ordinary business operations, this Policy distinguishes among three different types of information:

Advertising Data is information that Source Path Digital receives or licenses from third-party data aggregators and other data providers for advertising, audience-development, analytics, activation, and related marketing purposes.

Business Relationship Data is information Source Path Digital obtains through its direct relationships and interactions with website visitors, prospects, clients, vendors, business contacts, and others who communicate directly with SPD.

Client Data is information that clients provide or make available to Source Path Digital so that we can perform services for them.

These categories are handled for different purposes. In particular, information collected through Source Path Digital’s own website, sales activities, prospecting, email communications, or SMS conversations is not added to or used to build Source Path Digital’s Advertising Data offerings.

1. Advertising Data

1.1 Where Advertising Data Comes From

Source Path Digital does not generally collect Advertising Data directly from consumers. Instead, Source Path Digital receives, licenses, or otherwise obtains Advertising Data from established third-party data aggregators, data providers, marketing-data providers, and other commercial sources. Those providers are responsible for obtaining and processing the information they supply in accordance with their own privacy obligations and applicable law. Source Path Digital may combine, normalize, organize, analyze, segment, model, curate, or otherwise process information received from multiple providers in order to create useful marketing audiences and insights for our clients.

1.2 Categories of Advertising Data

Depending upon the particular data sources and services involved, Advertising Data may include categories such as:

  • Identifiers and contact information, such as name, postal address, email address, or other identifiers supplied by authorized data providers.
  • Demographic and household characteristics.
  • Geographic information at household, ZIP Code, city, county, DMA, state, or similar levels.
  • Household composition and life-stage information.
  • Property, homeowner, and real-estate characteristics.
  • Vehicle ownership and automotive characteristics.
  • Professional, occupation, and employment-related characteristics.
  • Consumer interests, affinities, preferences, and lifestyle characteristics.
  • Commercial, purchasing, and transactional indicators.
  • Media, entertainment, travel, retail, charitable, and other consumer-interest indicators.
  • Advertising and marketing identifiers.
  • Modeled characteristics, scores, segments, propensities, and other inferences derived from source data.

Some attributes provided by data suppliers may be treated as sensitive information under particular state privacy laws. Where applicable, Source Path Digital processes such information subject to applicable legal restrictions, contractual requirements, and consumer privacy rights.

Source Path Digital’s Advertising Data does not include mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in records, or SMS consent obtained through SPD’s internal sales or business communications.

1.3 How We Use Advertising Data

Source Path Digital may use Advertising Data to:

Develop and curate advertising audiences; analyze consumer and market characteristics; create demographic, behavioral, attitudinal, interest, lifestyle, and other audience insights; help clients identify likely customers or relevant market segments; match or activate audiences through advertising and marketing platforms; support email, digital, social, display, direct-mail, and other permitted marketing channels; analyze a client’s customer population against third-party consumer information; perform data quality, matching, suppression, and measurement activities; and develop aggregated or statistical market insights.

Source Path Digital may also create segments, scores, propensities, or other inferences from Advertising Data for advertising and marketing purposes.

Source Path Digital does not provide consumer-reporting services and does not intend its Advertising Data to be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or other purposes governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar eligibility laws.

1.4 Advertising Data and Our Clients

Source Path Digital may make Advertising Data, curated audiences, audience attributes, audience analyses, or related marketing services available to advertising clients, advertising agencies, marketing platforms, media platforms, and other entities involved in providing or measuring advertising services.

Depending on the applicable law and the particular transaction, some of these activities may constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising” even where no money is exchanged specifically for an individual’s information.

Consumers may exercise applicable opt-out rights as described in the Your Privacy Rights section below.

2. Business Relationship Data

Business Relationship Data is separate from Source Path Digital’s Advertising Data business.

It includes information about individuals who interact directly with Source Path Digital as prospects, clients, website visitors, vendors, business contacts, or other representatives of organizations.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

We may collect information such as your:

Name; company or organization; job title or role; business email address; business telephone number; mailing address; information submitted through our website; information provided when requesting information, proposals, demos, or services; communications with our employees; sales and account-management notes; support requests; meeting information; billing and administrative information; and other information you voluntarily provide to us.

We use this information to operate our business, communicate with you, respond to inquiries, develop business relationships, provide services, prepare proposals, administer client relationships, provide customer support, process transactions, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

2.2 Sales and Business Prospecting

Source Path Digital may obtain professional or business contact information about prospective clients from the individual, the individual’s organization, referrals, professional or public sources, or business-information providers.

We may use this information for legitimate business-development activities, including contacting businesses and their representatives regarding Source Path Digital’s products and services.

Prospecting and sales information maintained by Source Path Digital for its own business development is not incorporated into Source Path Digital’s Advertising Data products or audience datasets.

2.3 Email Communications

Source Path Digital may send business, sales, service, informational, or marketing emails to clients, prospects, and other business contacts.

Recipients of marketing emails may opt out by using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in the email or by contacting us at privacy@sourcepathdigital.com.

Opting out of marketing emails does not prevent Source Path Digital from sending service-related, transactional, security, legal, or other non-marketing communications when appropriate.

3. SMS Messaging and Mobile Information

Source Path Digital may use SMS messaging for direct, one-to-one communications between Source Path Digital employees and prospects, clients, and other business contacts who have agreed to communicate by text message.

SMS communications may include follow-up regarding a prior conversation or inquiry, requested information, meeting coordination, proposal discussions, client communications, or similar business matters.

Source Path Digital’s internal SMS program is separate from our Advertising Data business.

Mobile numbers obtained for these communications, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records are not used to create advertising audiences, enrich Source Path Digital’s Advertising Data, develop consumer profiles, or provide consumer data to advertising clients.

Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Source Path Digital may disclose mobile telephone numbers and related technical information to telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, and other service providers acting on our behalf solely as reasonably necessary to transmit, administer, secure, or support our SMS communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Recipients may reply STOP to discontinue SMS communications or HELP for assistance.

Additional information concerning the SMS program is available in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

4. Client Data

Clients may provide Source Path Digital with information concerning their own customers, prospects, members, donors, subscribers, or other audiences so that Source Path Digital can perform contracted marketing, analysis, activation, campaign, or data services.

Examples may include customer records, email addresses, postal addresses, transaction information, CRM exports, audience files, campaign information, or other first-party information controlled by the client.

When Source Path Digital processes Client Data on behalf of a client, our handling of that information is governed by our agreement with that client and applicable law.

Client Data may be matched against Advertising Data in order to perform services requested by the client, such as customer analysis, audience modeling, audience expansion, campaign activation, or measurement.

Providing those services does not cause the client’s first-party data to become part of Source Path Digital’s general Advertising Data repository. Source Path Digital does not repurpose Client Data for its own sales prospecting or sell a client’s proprietary customer file as an SPD advertising-data product unless specifically authorized by the client and permitted by law.

Individuals seeking to exercise rights regarding information that Source Path Digital processes solely on behalf of one of our clients may be directed to the applicable client, which determines the purposes and means of that processing.

5. Website and Technology Information

When you visit a Source Path Digital website or use our online services, we may automatically collect technical information such as:

Internet Protocol address; browser type; device type; operating system; referring and exit pages; pages viewed; date and time of visits; site interactions; approximate geographic information derived from an IP address; cookie identifiers; and similar website or network information.

We use this information to operate and secure our websites, diagnose technical problems, understand how our sites are used, measure website performance, prevent fraud or abuse, and evaluate our own marketing and business-development efforts.

This website information is part of SPD’s Business Relationship Data and is not automatically incorporated into our third-party-derived Advertising Data products.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

Source Path Digital may use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, and similar technologies on our websites.

Some technologies are necessary to operate and secure the website. Others may help us measure site usage, understand marketing performance, or advertise Source Path Digital’s own services.

Third-party analytics or advertising providers may receive information from these technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Under some state privacy laws, certain disclosures involving advertising cookies or similar technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use of information for targeted advertising.

Cookie Preferences and Tracking Choices

Source Path Digital uses a consent-management tool to provide information about cookies and similar technologies and to allow visitors to manage available privacy choices. Depending on the technology involved, cookies and similar technologies may be categorized as necessary, functional, analytics, performance, or advertising technologies.

Visitors may manage their cookie and tracking preferences at any time through the privacy controls available on our website. Where applicable, disabling advertising or similar tracking technologies will prevent those technologies from being used for sale, sharing, or cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

Source Path Digital also recognizes qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where required by applicable law.

Where required by applicable law, Source Path Digital provides appropriate privacy choices and honors legally recognized opt-out preference signals.

7. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to different categories of recipients depending upon which type of information is involved.

Advertising Data

Advertising Data may be disclosed to or processed by advertising clients, advertising agencies, data and identity partners, audience activation platforms, media and advertising platforms, measurement providers, and vendors that assist us in delivering advertising-data services.

Business Relationship Data

Business Relationship Data may be disclosed to vendors that provide services to Source Path Digital, such as hosting, email, communications, CRM, telecommunications, accounting, security, analytics, and other business services.

Source Path Digital does not sell Business Relationship Data collected through its own website, sales, client-service, email, or SMS relationships as a standalone consumer-data product.

Client Data

Client Data may be provided to vendors, platforms, and service providers necessary to carry out the client’s instructions and provide the contracted services.

Other Disclosures

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, court orders, governmental requests, or regulatory requirements; investigate security incidents, fraud, or misuse; protect the rights and safety of Source Path Digital, our clients, or others; establish or defend legal claims; or facilitate a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.

8. De-Identified and Aggregated Information

Source Path Digital may create and use aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual.

We may use or disclose such information for analytics, research, product development, market analysis, reporting, and other lawful business purposes.

Where required by law, we maintain de-identified information in de-identified form and do not attempt to reidentify it except as permitted by applicable law.

9. Data Retention

Source Path Digital retains personal information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to perform contractual obligations, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and exercise or defend legal claims.

Retention periods may differ depending upon the type of information and the purposes for which it is processed.

Advertising Data is also affected by provider updates, data-refresh cycles, contractual requirements, consumer privacy requests, and suppression requirements.

We may retain limited suppression records after a deletion or opt-out request where necessary to ensure that deleted information is not subsequently reintroduced into our active marketing datasets or used inconsistently with the individual’s privacy choice.

10. Information Security

Source Path Digital maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, acquisition, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

No information system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information.

We periodically review and update our safeguards in light of evolving technologies, business practices, and security risks.

11. Children’s Privacy

Source Path Digital’s website and services are directed to businesses and adults and are not intended for children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our website for the purpose of marketing Source Path Digital’s services to them.

We do not knowingly use Source Path Digital’s internal sales or marketing systems to solicit children by email or SMS.

Our handling of third-party Advertising Data is subject to applicable laws governing information concerning minors and to restrictions imposed by our data providers and advertising partners.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending upon where you reside and the applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

Access or know what personal information we maintain about you; obtain information concerning the categories and sources of personal information we process; request deletion of personal information; request correction of inaccurate information; obtain a portable copy of certain information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; opt out of certain uses for targeted advertising; limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information; appeal certain decisions concerning privacy requests; and receive equal service and treatment without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

Where applicable, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require evidence of the agent’s authority and may verify the request directly with you when permitted by law.

If we deny a request in whole or in part, we will provide an explanation where required and provide information concerning any available appeal process.

14. Opting Out of Sale, Sharing, or Targeted Advertising

Source Path Digital’s Advertising Data activities may constitute a sale, sharing, or processing for targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws.

Where applicable, consumers may opt out through our California Consumer Portal mechanism.

Where required by law, Source Path Digital also recognizes qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out request for the browser or device transmitting the signal.

An opt-out from the sale or sharing of Advertising Data does not necessarily require us to delete information that we may lawfully retain for another purpose. A separate deletion request may be submitted where applicable.

15. California Privacy Rights

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including rights to know, access, delete and correct personal information and, where applicable, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.

California residents also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising their privacy rights.

California consumers may exercise these rights through our California Consumer Portal or using the contact methods identified above.

Source Path Digital is registered as a data broker with the California Privacy Protection Agency where required by California law.

California consumers may also use California’s Delete Request and Opt-Out Platform (“DROP”) to submit deletion requests applicable to registered data brokers. Source Path Digital processes qualifying DROP requests in accordance with applicable California law.
