California Consumer Portal
California Privacy Rights Portal
Source Path Digital provides this portal for California residents to exercise privacy rights available under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), and other applicable California privacy laws.
Source Path Digital operates an advertising-data business using information obtained from third-party data aggregators and other commercial data providers. This advertising data is separate from information Source Path Digital collects through its own direct business relationships, such as website inquiries, client relationships, sales communications, email communications, and SMS conversations.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, California residents may have the following rights:
Right to Know / Access
You may request information about the personal information Source Path Digital has collected about you, including the categories and specific pieces of personal information, the categories of sources from which it was obtained, the purposes for which it is used, and the categories of third parties to whom it has been sold, shared, or disclosed.
Right to Know About Sale or Sharing
You may request information about the categories of personal information Source Path Digital has sold or shared and the categories of third parties to whom that information was sold or shared.
Right to Delete
You may request deletion of personal information Source Path Digital maintains about you, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Right to Correct
You may request correction of inaccurate personal information Source Path Digital maintains about you.
Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
You may direct Source Path Digital not to sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. This includes certain disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to Limit Use or Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information
Where applicable, you may request that Source Path Digital limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information.
Right to Non-Discrimination
Source Path Digital will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your California privacy rights.
Those are consistent with the rights currently described by CalPrivacy, including the rights to correct, opt out of sale/sharing, and limit qualifying use of sensitive personal information.
How We Process Requests
For requests to know, access, delete, or correct, Source Path Digital may need to verify that the person submitting the request is the individual to whom the information relates. We will request only information reasonably necessary to verify and process the request.
Requests to opt out of sale or sharing or to limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information do not require identity verification. We may request information reasonably necessary to identify the records to which the request applies.
Information submitted through this portal will be used to process your privacy request, verify your identity where legally appropriate, maintain required compliance records, and prevent fraud or abuse. It will not be added to Source Path Digital’s advertising audiences or used for marketing purposes.
This fixes the present statement that verification is required in every case. California’s regulations distinguish verification for know/delete/correct requests from opt-out/limit requests.
Response Times
For requests to know, delete, or correct, Source Path Digital will generally confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. Where permitted by law, we may extend the response period by an additional 45 days and will notify you if an extension is necessary.
Requests to opt out of sale or sharing and qualifying requests to limit use or disclosure of sensitive personal information will be processed as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 15 business days, as required by applicable law.
